Personality
Mango is a very kindhearted little Parra, the type that would go out of her way for the sake of someone or something else. She's very full of hope and vigor, and very optimistic. More of the extroverted type, she loves socializing and other people, but she isn't the type to have fake friends. She tries to be as honest as she can most of the time, but not everyone is perfect. She has a hard time telling lies, and isn't very good at it either. She lives with her dad in Hawaii, and has taken up the art of surfboarding. Her father doesn't know this of course, as he lets her go out on her own. He is so protective of her that he wouldn't dare let her surfboard unattended, as he thinks she jut hangs out at the beach with some of her friends. Bal is too busy most of the time with being a single parent to watch over her twenty-four-seven. This secret is the only secret she's been able to keep from him, and she feels terrible lying to him. There have been a few close calls, but her passion for riding the waves has pushed her through this lie. Hopefully as she gets older she'll be able to tell him, when he trusts her more to be on her own. Mango is a midget Parra, not yet aware of why she hasn't been growing. Her size is a bit of a touchy subject, and she's quite self-conscious about it, and tends to lash out or become defensive when it's brought up. She's prone to short bouts of depression when away from the waves too long, or when it's been three months and she hasn't grown an inch. Overall though, Mango is quite happy-go-lucky like her father, and tends to love life, even it's ups and downs.
